Clearwater Beach

Living up to its name, Clearwater Beach boasts 35 miles of sugary soft sands and emerald clear waters.

The History:

Clearwater Beach formed as the result of complex geological processes. Over millennia, sediments and sand carried by rivers and ocean currents were deposited along the coastline. These deposits gradually accumulated and formed the foundation of Clearwater Beach. Dune grasses and coastal plants have helped anchor the sand and contributed to the development of dunes and a unique coastal ecosystem.

The Beach:

As Clearwater Beach's natural beauty became known, it has attracted thousands of tourists and developers. The soft sands and warm Gulf of Mexico make it an ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming and water sports. Visitors can also enjoy various water-based activities, including jet skiing, parasailing, paddleboarding and dolphin-watching tours.

Our Recommendations:

With your towel and lounge chair in tow, spend a relaxing day on the beach basking in the sun. Sink your toes into the sand, savor the salty ocean breeze and let the sound of waves crashing on the shore lull you away.
