Founded on the desire to bring more quality, Florida-brewed beer to the thirsty masses, Coppertail Brewing Co. is an independently owned production brewery and taproom in the heart of Ybor City.
The Place:
The story began with the owner’s 5-year-old daughter telling tales about a sea monster she named ‘Coppertail.’ Somehow becoming the perfect name for their brewery, the idea behind Coppertail is to dream of the impossible and craft beers that are as unique as its namesake.
The Beer:
Pouring 20 unique beers at any given time that regularly rotate, their brewers’ creativity keeps the tap list exciting and ever changing. Their core offerings are also brewed year-round, each telling a unique story through its flavor, aroma and artwork.
