Smathers Beach is the largest public beach in Key West and is about a half mile long. Catch the beautiful sunrises here while getting some steps in to start your day. You’ll be certain to run into dozens of locals jogging, walking and biking along this stretch of serenity.

Bask in the sun’s glory by taking a sunrise or sunset yoga class while you’re down in the Conch Republic.
Yoga on the Beach meets at several different locations and one is surely bound to be close to where you’re staying.
The Clarence Higgs Beach Trail consists of 10 workout stations and is a great way to get some necessary strength training in while on vacation. Feeling super advantageous? Finish up your workout by running down to Smathers Beach to really get a full body workout in.
